Our Client in Paarl is looking to employ an experienced, hard-working and efficient person to fill the position of a Import Costing Administrator.

The successful candidate must have:

5+ years experience in costing & administration
Matric + a Bookkeeping or similar qualification
Excellent computer skills – experienced on Excel and ERP system
Organised, neat and pays attention to detail
Able to cope under pressure and respond quickly to customer requests
A professional manner, with excellent communication skills and telephonic skills,
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Flexible and willing to work longer hours if required
Exposure to foreign currency

The Primary tasks include:

Work on ERP system (Qmuzik) generating PO’s, invoices, job costing reports etc.
Debtors function: Submitting invoices, prompting payment from customers, control payment allocations, provide instructions for forward cover
Creditors function: prompt for invoice from suppliers, check accuracy of invoices, payment notification to HGM accounts department, Control forward cover with PO’s.
Recons and job costings.
Monitoring stock levels & stock reports
