RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably experienced IN-HOUSE SALES MANAGER for a well-established national company – position based in Durban.


JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications an advantage.
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Follow up that sales representatives are quoting timeously.
Ensure all quotes sent out are captured on database.
Follow up on quotes with the client.
Monitor daily reports.
Meet with, set up and distribute sales staff to relevant areas/clients.
Review and follow up on the administrative function from sales representatives and department from the previous day.
Monitor sales representatives’ movements and efficiency from call sheets.
Attend meetings, assist with site visits with sales representatives for quoting purposes where necessary.
Assist sales representatives with quote requirements, costings and pricing.
Report to management on performances, progress of jobs, turnover and other issues relating to the sales division as and when required.
Develop new business.
Deal with local and national sales.
Retaining existing customers.

Salary offered: R16 000-00 per month + commission (fixed term contract to permanent position).
