Client based on the East Rand is currently seeking to Employ a Call Centre Agent who has a proven track record in the logistics sector and above average KPI Adherence scores!

Minimum Requirements:

1. Min 5 years experience in Inbound Call Centre - Transport and Logistics
2. Proven track record in respect to KPI Adherence
3. Must have reliable transport and based on the East Rand
4. Matric exemption is an inherent requirement
5. Clear credit and criminal record

Summarized Job Description:

1. Deal with incoming queries and requests from both new and existing customers both via telephone and email
2. Capture and process orders for delivery, liaison with warehouse and reporting back to management
3. Follow-up with deliveries, escalate delays to supervisor for resolution
4. Management of priority accounts, full KPI adherence
5. Assist with both access and border control escalations
6. General administration
