Experience required:
German fluency (read, write and speak)

Travel/Tourism qualification
Previous experience with Inbound bookings to Southern Africa

Duties include:
Understand and be able to handle FIT, once-off groups as well as group series quotes
Handle quotations independently
Negotiate specific rates for quotes within the target market
Ensure that professional, accurate and correct proposals and quotes go out to the market
Continuously offering new products and ideas to existing and new agents
Assist with crisis management on tours
Ensure the delivery of high service levels from the team at all times / team quality control
