Our client in After sales Automotive Industry is looking for an Inbound Manager. The ideal Candidate must have the following:

Qualifications & Experience :
Grade 12/Matric certificate essential
? Diploma in Management, Logistics or related fields
? Minimum 3/5 year’s relevant experience
? HR Fundamentals essential
? Computer Literacy essential
? Full understanding of Warehouse Management System
? Ability to communicate on all levels
? Assertive with sound interpersonal skills
? Strong attention to detail essential
? Ability to work under high degree of pressure
? Problem solving and decision making skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
Guide and direct inbound operations
Achieve financial and functional goals of the Warehouse
Develop, implement, maintain and improve operational functions in warehouse while achieving effective and efficient service to branches and customers with a focus on quality, productivity, safety and loss prevention.
Seek out and implement operational improvements ?
Develop workforce planning, recruitment, staffing of employees as well as succession planning ?
Interface with Management Support team and Branches to ensure goals achieved in areas of operation ?
Provide positive leadership through normal and adverse situations ?
Seek opportunities to maintain and enhance morale ?
Manage direct supervisors and indirect employees to maintain and exceed warehouse metrics ?
Audit work for exactness ?
Ability to prioritize workflow and communicate priorities effectively with supervisors
? Ensure housekeeping and environment is of the highest standard at all times
? Carry out any other reasonable duties, which may be required from time to time
