We’re URGENTLY seeking Inbound Call Centre Agents – 12 Months Contract –

( Cape Town), to start on the 4th Decemeber 2023.

MUST be currently living in Cape Town.

MUST have a CLEAR criminal record!

Duties & Responsibilities

To deliver personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel, with the goal to make lasting impressions on a hospitality customer base at every interaction.

First point of contact to customers in the US and Canada, taking inbound calls and engaging directly with guests as a specialist in sales and reservations.

Client Defined Services are:

Conversations to understand customer needs; then
Asking questions to ascertain the root cause of the issue, and
Effectively using tools to respond to customer inquiries, including reservation requests, provide account/ promotional information, handle service/stay-related concerns or complaints, etc.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 / Matric or NQF 4

Minimum Criteria

12-month sales experience (upsell/cross-sell), neutral accent

Go Live Salary

R6970 including R500 shift allowance and medical insurance

Transport Provided during unsociable hours

Retention Bonus Paid after completion of 3-month probation = R2000

Operating Hours

Earliest start time is 2pm, and the last shift ends at 8am
