An award-winning, market leading outsourced call centre in South Africa, specialising in the sale of simple insurance solutions for the banks and various other big entities in the South African market has an amazing job opportunity for an Incentive Manager in Johannesburg.

The purpose of this Incentive Manager job in Johannesburg is to generate and maintain motivation amongst all sales staff through the conceptualization, design, implementation and management of sales incentives and contests.

The Incentive Manager in Johannesburg will be responsible for the following:

- All sales contests/ performance incentives implemented, measure and report on the impact of such on the business results
- Develop creative, fun and exciting sales contests for the agreed to sales performance incentives that drives motivation and encourages participation at all levels (Sales Consultant, Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager)
- Develop a monthly incentive/motivation plan, based on current business needs, and implement the approved plan.
- Ensure for all sales contests/ incentives implemented that
- Build a knowledge repository of all sales contests/incentives that are run and their impact on the business results.
- Conceptualize, develop and implement creative and appropriate interventions to drive motivation throughout the call centre.
- Develop appropriate ways to recognise and celebrate specific achievements of Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Sales Teams and Senior Sales Managers i.e. showcase success as a motivator for others.

- Ability to bring people together and energise them through your personal impact and energy
- Bcom (Marketing) or B. Com (Communications) degree
- Proven experience in a similar role is crucial
- Well-developed understanding of sales incentive concepts
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Experience in a sales or event management environment will be very beneficial
