Stunning Company in the Hygiene industry are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Indoor Sales Consultant (office-based).

OVERVIEW:

The purpose of this role is to generate increased sales volumes by ensuring all enquiries, leads and development opportunities are maximized through making appointments for field based field sales colleagues and selling over the telephone where appropriate, along with servicing a set amount of existing clientele telephonically, thereby ensuring an excellent sales experience for all existing and potential customers. (Tier 1 Customers).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric certificate or equivalent
computer literate – MS Office (Word/Excel and Gmail)
Knowledge of iCabs and Initial Product Knowledge will be an advantage
Min 1 year work experience

KPI'S

Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and meet customers’ expectations
Make appointments for the Strategic Account Managers colleague from enquiries, leads and other sales opportunities.
Assist the field sales colleague to manage their time effectively by ensuring diary is maximised, up to date and accurate at all times.
Close and formalise deals between Client and customers with appropriate commercial arrangements
Develops a customer portfolio plan ensuring time is allocated across all customers in relation to their overall value.
Ensure all sales data and relevant records are kept up to date.
Establishes a systematic course of action for self to ensure accomplishment of sales objectives and goals and determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.
Develops and implements tactical plans with the Strategic Account Managers in line with the company sales strategy for prospects and customers.
Identifies and qualifies opportunities to sell new products or services and passes these to the appropriate sales person where appropriate.
Uses the sales tools in line with the agreed sales process to maintain and develop pipeline and customer information.
To ensure that all enquiries and leads are qualified and followed up.
Increase conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results.
