INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Our client, the fastest growing online retailer in South Africa, is looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to join their fast growing team. The role requires someone with a strong personality with the ability to communicate at all levels and DRIVE change.
The position reports directly into the CEO.
Responsibilities:
• Improving processes and procedures across the entire supply chain
• Perform complex tasks and apply relevant methodologies independently to ensure value add
• Business Analysis, Data Analysis and comparative studies
• Supply Chain Optimisation
• Rolling out operations and implementing processes, in order to eliminate any inefficiencies
• Improving processes and procedures across the entire supply chain
• Develop and implement solutions that will bring cost savings, improve efficiencies and grow the business
• Work in a cross functional role, liaising with various business units in order to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage the change throughout the various departments
Requirements:
• BEng (Industrial Engineering) qualifications will only be considered for this role
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably within a supply chain/logistics environment
