Industrial Training Accountant needed in Nelspruit and Polokwane

The successful candidate will be responsible for training of employees with relation to systems and procedures within the Company

Requirements
• B.Com degree with Accountancy
• Completed Articles
• Applicable experience in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in a training role will be an advantage
• Ability to function independently and to accept responsibility
• Strong analytical, numeracy and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills and the ability to convey ideas and procedures to other employees
• Have the ability to prepare PowerPoint slideshows for training purposes
• Have a valid driver’s license and own transport
• Appointment subject to clear Criminal Background Check

Duties And Responsibilities
• Training of employees of all job titles and job grades, relating to systems and procedures as well as duties and responsibilities
• Formulation, maintenance and monitoring of internal procedures and policies on an ongoing basis
• Ensure that all relevant employees are trained on policies and procedures to maintain standards, practices and processes
• Identify and recommendation of changes with regards to procedures to management and other relevant parties on an ongoing basis
• Analysing of data to identify and prevent risks
• Advising managers and other personnel with regards to systems and procedures on an ongoing basis
• Identify training needs and reporting to these needs to management
• Inspection of business sites for possible deviations from standard procedures and reporting this to the Internal Audit department
• High-level review of capabilities of personnel to perform tasks delegated to them
• The position will include a lot of travelling time to all business operation points of the group.
• Ad-hoc functions as indicated by management.
Remuneration
