Primary Responsibilities
• Lead by example
• Daily coaching and training sessions
• By identifying and closing new business, as well as helping the team hit its targets.
• Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling
• Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis

Desired Skills and Experience
• Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do" attitude over the phone and in person
• Be extremely organized
• Be willing to acquire new skills
• Have an interest in Leadership
• Confidence to delegate & coach
• Must have impeccable communication skills
