Requirments

A qualification in IT \ Information and Communications Technology or a related area with emphasis on technical support 

Experience with management of a team and projects requirements 

The ability to analyse problems quickly and skillfully

A methodical and disciplined approach 

Excellent problem-solving skills 

Patience and perseverance 

Good Communication skills 

Strong technical ability
