Inside Sales Team Leader – Cape Town

Well established Publication company is looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader / Call Centre Team Leader to work the following shift: 12am (Midnight) to 8am

Working Hours: 12am (Midnight) to 8am

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in an inside sales environment with at least 2 Years previous supervisory / management experience.
• Strong sales, analytical, organisation, communication and people skills required.
• Ability to grow with the role, take on new challenges and be flexible to company requirements.
• Team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage the inside sales team.
• Lead by example by maintaining a strong personal selling presence.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Manage and maintain critical customer data in the CRM system.
• Develop, and report on KPIs and inside sales activity reports.
• Forecasting and analysing sales data.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Managers to create and maintain a ‘win-win’ relationship with new and current customers.
• Proactively assist with up-selling opportunities when new products are being released.
• Assist positively with other various projects assigned to the sales team.
