We are looking for a Driver Operator learning facilitator who is driven, energetic and passionate. The Driver Operator learning facilitator will be responsible to present training to both own employees and other clients on all vehicles, Harvesting equipment, Roads (including Fire Tankers) and Lifting Equipment machinery.
. Key Responsibilities:
• Must be able to train relevant staff on all vehicles, Harvesting, Roads (including Fire Tankers) and Lifting Equipment machinery.
• Training to be conducted at specified times, assessments to be conducted, and training documentation to be submitted at specified times.
• Perform administrative activities and must have sound administration skills (record keeping, report building and reporting)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12
• Qualified facilitator and assessor with TETA (Forklift, Overhead Crane and Frontend & Three Wheel Loader)
• Certified and Registered lifting equipment operator
• 3 – 5 years’ experience at instructor level in the Driver Operator field
• Must be in possession of a valid drivers’ license Code 14 with PRDP
• Computer Literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Email

Skills & Competencies:
• Must be medically fit, able to pass occupational medical fitness test
• Be prepared to work away from home
• Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) and be able to read, write and speak
• Must be able to work without supervision
• Must have basic mechanical knowledge and general maintenance of vehicles and lifting equipment
• Must have sound Health and Safety knowledge
