Job Requirements
The candidate should have 12 MONTHS knowledge of claims processing
• Knowledge of STI ,GCOC and TCF
• Strong service delivery skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Computer literacy
• Grade 12
• 150 Credits - Insurance – STI preferably
FAIS : First Level Regulatory Examination
RE1 completed would be advantageous

Job Outputs
Effective handling and resolving of client queries
Validation of claiims
Initiate and manage the investigations process
Ensure claims are processed within 48 hours
Sending claim forms
Processing of membership applications
Sending fulfilment packs
Ensure compliance with company policies and TCF
