Internal Account Manager - Centurion

Purpose of position:
Assisting the Product Manager(s) by managing and providing all quotes to our partner base on products specified in your employment contract. Support our resellers throughout the territory, and to provide superb back-end support in order to facilitate sales closure and operational support.
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Assist in managing relationships with existing and new resellers
  • Manage small adhoc named accounts
  • Assist the Product  Manager with channel sales
  • Assist with product RMA process and licence delivery
  • Assist with any channel and vendor queries
  • Understanding of the partner programme
  • Review IAM managed account list and pipeline
    • Renewals – closure rate and targets
  • Contact customers for training or campaigns – number of events run and number of customers attending
  • Contact and manage all renewal clients within the Territory, via partners and vendor communication
  • Customer database accuracy
  • Responsible for all quotes for the Territory, ensuring the products and solutions are correctly specified, the prices quoted are accurate, and the quote has a rapid turnaround time from request to release
  • Responsible for all VTiger data (CRM) for your allocated products, - assets, opportunities, accounts etc.
  • Assist Product Manager with product pipelines, Vendor and Management feedback
  • Process Orders and deal with all associated paperwork
  • Logistics as part of post product and service delivery
  • Monthly sales report on renewals and $ closure
