We are currently looking for a Internal Account Manager to be based at our Centurion office.

You will be responsible for:
Assist in managing relationships with existing and new resellers
Manage small adhoc named accounts
Assist with product RMA process and licence delivery
Renewals
Responsible for all VTiger data (CRM) for your allocated products, - assets, opportunities, accounts
Assist Product Manager with product pipelines, Vendor and Management feedback
Process Orders and deal with all associated paperwork
Logistics as part of post product and service delivery
Monthly sales report on renewals and $ closure


Min Requirements
Min 3 – 4 years’ internal sales
Min 2 - 3 years IT industry experience
Experience in Distribution and Reseller Channel (preferred)
