POSITION: Internal Account Manager: Retail
Location: Midrand
Salary: R15K – R22Kpm CTC

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Midrand and will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:
• Attending to the retail sales team telephone calls
• Assisting with quotes and processing of orders
• Assisting with listing information on all new deals
• Assisting externals when required
• Receive, confirm and check orders
• Assist with retail returns from stores before arrival
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Understand and assist with all operations and logistical problems
• Maintaining and updating the filing system
• Up-keep of the data control sheets
• Assisting with customer complaints that are not being resolved by technical
• Assist Debtors with RTM’s POD’s etc

REQUIREMENTS
• Matric with mathematics is essential, a Sales and Marketing tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma will be an advantage
• Two (2) to three (3) years’ working experience in a sales environment is essential
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry will be an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Above average administration skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Spreadsheet knowledge in drawing up and utilizing reports (stock management, product reordering, ageing stock etc)
