INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER– CAPE TOWN
A leading IT company has a vacancy for an Internal Account Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Min 0-1 years’ experience and understanding in the IT Sector i.e. distributor/vendor/retailer
• Ability to follow up constantly
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of product offering
• Brand specific knowledge of product and processes
• Customer Experience Orientation
• Distributor/reseller understanding
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good understanding of the ICT industry and the ability to keep up with Technology and Industry Developments.
• Proficient in MS office suite

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Responsible and accountable for the proactive achievement of sales, customer call out, units, revenue and profit targets. Responsible for processing customer orders, manage backorders, customer quotations and consistent achievement of sales targets. Ensure that the relevant account manager receives communication around any problems timeously, as well as regular customer engagement on price changes, product information and returns
