PBT Group, providers of Business Intelligence Solutions, is looking for an Internal IT Recruitment Consultant to join their HR Division.

With in-depth knowledge of business intelligence solutions and experience that spans more than two decades in over 25 countries, PBT Group has honed its expertise through engagement with most of the top 100 companies, answering to diverse needs to give clients not only a competitive edge, but also a sustainable advantage.

DUTIES:
- Assist with the recruitment of high calibre consultants for PBT Group.
- Advertising of positions, screening of applications, interviewing of candidates, liaising with the relevant Account Managers on a regular basis.
- Assist in the performance of any and all duties necessary to ensure that all human resources, compliance and support service functions are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with creating a workplace and organisational culture that provides a safe working environment for highly committed, motivated and productive employees.
- Co-ordinate with other regional offices and clusters to understand all the necessary aspects and needs of human resources objectives, purposes and achievements.
- Maintain personnel databases, employee record keeping, data security and integrity and personnel information reporting.
- General administration.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Solid IT Recruitment experience, +-5 year’s end-to-end IT recruitment experience preferred.
- General HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent computer literacy and skills with business software such as MS Office.
- Strong administration skills with a proven track record.
- Reliable.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A superior ability to communicate though both verbal and written mediums.
- Consistent, organised and meticulous.
