INTERNAL SALES ASSISTANT
Duties will include:
Assist Internal Sales with administration tasks:
Filing, Faxing of quotations and documents, Pulling of invoices, Pulling of certification, pulling paperwork for credits
Assist with backorder reports to customers
Following up on backorders
Answering of overflow calls
Assist with checking stock availability
Will be trained to be back up for Reception/Switchboard
This is a junior entry level position for someone with minimum experience as you will be trained in all aspects of sales in the business
