My client a fast growing ISP based in Stellenbosch is recruiting!!! Dynamic – Energetic – Experienced

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
• To create clients on a system
• Selling services to inbound clients
• Keep track of leads across all processes
• Capture clients info and work through data till
• Assist clients with any queries and questions regarding our product
• Update your knowledge on the existing prices
• Keep daily emails and client communication
• Where possible needed to insure clients are appropriately updated throughout the sales process
• Where needed communicate efficiently with provider/ partner about additional services
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: (Continues)
• Closing tickets accordingly
• Ordering VOIP phones
• Working with Switchel to make sure phones are configured before sending to client
• Knowledge of all products,services and prices
• At all times ensure that client info is as accurate as possible include but not limited to Name, number, address, bank details
