INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR - Agricultural Parts/ spares
Key Function: To process all orders for a range of locally manufactured and imported agricultural
implements and spare parts and provide sales support to the dealer network and Regional
Sales Managers.
Duties
- Receive and process all e-mail & fax customer purchase orders for Falcon and Amazone spare
parts and Implements into the company’s ERP system
- Create pro-forma invoices and quotes for customers
- Invoice sales orders being dispatched each day Assist customers with Falcon and Amazone
spares parts and implement queries
- Co-ordinate with production and dispatch and liaise with customers regarding the status of
open orders
- Request, arrange and co-ordinate alternative transport collection and requisitions
- Filing and archiving of orders/invoices/quotes/GRS/consignment requests/job cards
- Back up for other Internal sales coordinators and Reception when needed
- Generation and investigation of CAR’s when necessary
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on sales and orders
- Ensure that all relevant SOP’s are kept up to date
- General assistance to the RSM’s
- Any other functions deemed necessary by management

Requirements
- Male candidate
- Must reside in Howick or surrounding area (Not negotiable)
- have Matric (Grade 12) (Nor negotaible)
- be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Not negotiable)
- Advance Excel (Creating spreadsheets, formula's and calculations of discounts
- MS Office: Word/Excel/Outlook & Internet
- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment (telesales and admin)
- Work under pressure and multi task
- have good customer relations skills
- be technically orientated
- be able to work accurately and independently
- be computer literate (MS Office and an accounting or ERP system)
- have good telephone etiquette
- experience in agricultural equipment will be an advantage
Salary: R13,000.00 Cost to Company negotiable depending on experience
Office hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Leave: 15 Working days per annum, 20 working days per annum once you have worked for the
company for 5 years
