Exceptional admin and telephonic skills

Key Performance Areas:
Handling incoming sales calls
Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle
Providing Support for Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase volumes
Update the client database
Minimize back orders on the back order system
Maintain and check the backorder report
Relationship building with clients
