Duties:

The position provides an ideal opportunity for the incumbent to apply and further develop his/her managerial, administration and co-ordination skills in the sales and customer services fields.  The incumbent will interacts directly with our customers in the Cape Town and East London region and will manage a team of telesales staff
 


Matric

•        A recognized degree or diploma in Sales Management /Customer services will be an advantage;

•        At least 3 years’ experience in MANAGING inbound sales departments



•        Computer literacy in the relevant packages (Excel, word, Syspro);

•        A high level of numeracy and literacy;

•        Excellent management, co-ordination and administration skills;

•        The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis;

•        The ability to liaise with customers at both junior and senior level;

•        Engaging personality, enthusiastic, persistent and hardworking team player;

•        Self-motivated and goal driven with the ability to inspire staff;

•        A strong sales and customer service orientation; and              

•        Good interpersonal and communication skills.
