National group are looking for an internal salesperson to work at their busy Paarden Eiland branch in Cape Town. Even though the company offers a low basic – it has an excellent commission structure with a good earning potential that is obtainable. The company will offer you a guaranteed set income for the first three months to allow you to train and equip you to earn commission. The company is a sought after group to work for with a low staff turnover. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an additional salesperson to join this dynamic team. The company has an established client base and the position involves no cold calling. It entails servicing existing clients, walk in business and following up. This is a pure internal sales position.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Matric
2. 3 + years internal sales experience
3. Experience in the building, bathroom fittings or tile sales industries will be an added advantage.
4. Proven sales track record
5. Be target driven and goal orientated
6. Be a teamplayer
7. Be a dynamic, energetic, go-getter individual who is not afraid of hard work.

PACKAGE:

a). R2,500 basic salary
b). Excellent commission structure
c). A R6,000 to R10,000 salary will be guaranteed and paid for the first three months
