Must have manufacturing / transport industry experience ( at least 5 years )
Must know Syspro or similar system
Must have excel and good general MS office experience
Internal Sales / Customer Liaison experience
1 year Order processing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good computer literacy in Syspro and MS Office

Produce Order Confirmation with drawings and communicate expected delivery date by email
System Hygiene / Maintenance (Sales orders)
Update, maintain and expedite all spare parts related shortages
Assist with any related ad hoc functions where/when requested by a manager
Ensuring internal customers are serviced effectively
Weekly Contract Review Report
Changing / updating prices on customer orders with price increases Do monthly sales reports
