Job Description:

Trader in the FMCG industry, specifically Meat and Poultry.
Objective -
Maximising volume and GP over the full basket of products against agreed targets.
Done through teleselling and customer visits, servicing existing customers
Gaining new business against agreed targets
resolving operational issues
Liaise with various departments to meet objectives,
Administration,
Order and data capture,
quotations,
maintaining client database,
reports,
credits,
assisting debtors,
credit applications etc.
Gaining market intelligence and feeding back regularly. Proposals on pricing and product

Experience:

Industry experience in meat/poultry/Frozen Foods an advantage
Internal Sales / Meat Trader – Meat & Poultry (Please Note: if you have Insurance/Call Centres/Medical Aid or similar type sales experience you will NOT be considered)
