Internal Trainer - would suit a candidate from the auditing field
We are recruiting for a high energy extrovert individual to join a dynamic team. Previous experience supervising an auditing team would be ideal. CaseWare knowledge and experience is essential
This is the crux of the training team. This role will include continuous assessment and improvement of existing training material and interventions. The internal trainer must strive to maintain a level of integrity across the business by helping to ensure that internal stakeholders display the appropriate technical competence to be successful in their roles

Ensure that the following is maintained and up to date: Induction module, accreditation packs and/or mark schemes and internal training plans.
Accountability for rolling out internal training to affected stakeholders for new products and/or updates.
Ensure training and development is completed according to the outcomes and timelines in the communicated training plan
Feedback from internal stakeholders must be excellent
All new starters inducted into the business within one month of starting and set to start their training plan.
Work in partnership with Development, Product and Training team members to ensure all training collateral affected by releases is updated and relevant.
Essential requirements:

Working knowledge of CaseWare including Financial Statements or Audit
OR At least 12 months experience training in the accounting/auditing software domain
Matric

B.Com Accounting or similar undergraduate degree

MS Office , more specifically Excel

Drivers licence
