International Brand Developer / Ambassador

My client is an established FMCG food and beverage Company. They are currently seeking to employ an International Brand Developer / Ambassador to expand their business in the International market.

You should have current or previous experience in the Retail / FMCG industry with the knowledge and experience to successfully expand the business internationally.

Qualifying Criteria:

• Matric
• Sales & Marketing qualification
• New business / brand development experience and proven track record
• Experience with selling and expanding products in the international market (Europe & West Africa etc)
• Able to speak English & a foreign language (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
• Able to travel (international trade shows, meetings with distributors 2- 3 times yearly)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying new markets & making contact with potential new International clients / retailers
• Take over existing client base & manage new accounts
• Offer clients a complete service from Product development to purchasing to quality and then delivery
• Capturing orders & ordering raw material & packing materials
• Calculate prices & sending out quotations
• Invoicing & following up on payments
• Provide customers & clients with any additional information when needed
• Any adhoc duties as and when required

Competitive market related basic salary on offer + commission earned after 1st year
