Job Description:

Duties WILL include & not be limited to:

Investment Administration

Importing data feeds from various providers into portfolio administration platform

Daily reporting of unit prices

Processing of client cash flows

Rebalancing of portfolios

Forex transactions

Sending investment/disinvestment instructions to third party brokers and administrators

Review of trades post purchase and sell to ensure trades are executed in line with instructions and correct fees charged by brokers.

Month end performance reporting



Process and Systems

Enhance current process and systems

Design new process and systems as required



Client services

Managing new client application process end to end

Verifying FICA requirements

Managing existing client change requirements

Monthly client reports

Ad hoc client reporting

Client tax statements


Compliance

Manage the compliance function with the support of external compliance officer


Finance, Office administration and IT


Manage the monthly and year-end financial reporting with the support from external bookkeeper

Manage the day to day requirements in the office infrastructure including maintenance, stationary etc.

Manage the IT and telephone infrastructure with the support of external IT consultants
