My client is looking for young, exceptional graduates to participate in its trainee analyst programme.

Successful candidates will receive on the job training, working alongside experienced industry professionals and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the investment team.

Candidates should have:

*A suitable undergraduate degree or professional qualification with a track record of academic achievement
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication skills
*Good business acumen
*A hunger to learn
*A demonstrable passion for investing

The trainee analyst programme runs for 12 months. Permanent employment is not guaranteed at the conclusion of the programme, however exceptional candidates may be retained.
