INVOICE / ACCOUNTS CLERK – NELSPRUIT:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Admin / Accounts
• Pastel Sage experience will be advantageous
• Computer literate
MAIN DUTIES:
• Daily sales invoicing
• Key account sales document handling for posting
• Maintaining and managing open sales orders, delivery notes and unposted invoices
• Maintaining of invoice register
• Maintaining of daily banking and banking register
• Switchboard and Reception
• Handling account queries
• Debt collecting
• Credit notes
• Allocation queries
• Recons on clients’’ accounts
• Refunds
• Receive cash and daily banking
