Position: Invoice clerk/ Office administrator – Somerset-West
Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 p/m neg on exp
Type of position: 3 Month fixed contract with possibility of permanence depending on performance & operational needs
Industry: Fruit export

General requirements:
• Matric
• Financial / admin qualification would be preferred
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Own transport
Skills:
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication & organizing skills
• Previous experience in fruit industry
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Duties
• Invoicing
• Reconciliation
• General admin & office management
• Processing of Municipal Market payments and balancing stock.
• Processing complete credit notes and re-invoicing according to amended costings
• Assisting fruit department with general admin duties
