ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary bracket: Approximately R20 000 – R25 000 CTC per month
Key Focus
This role determines and documents business requirements and works with design and implementation staff to design and implement business IT solutions to meet business requirements.
Qualification Information
Grade 12 plus Diploma in Business Analysis. Solid experience in IT Business Analytics. NQF Level
Role Description
"Works closely with developers and business to determine business needs and suggest workable solutions. Designs and implements solutions that is time- and cost effective and efficient. Tests systems and user acceptance and implements changes or new applications. Ensures all testing protocols are adhered to. Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.
Analysis business processes to determine problems, risk and opportunities for improvement. Renders support and facilitates sessions for end-users, including training. Documents requirements including data modelling, interface layouts, data flows, screen and report layouts, etc.
