PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB 
In collaboration with the EHoO, and the Project Office, the Business Analyst will define, analyze and document the requirements, workflow and test artefacts and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness and fulfilling the business needs. The Business Analyst will track and analyze trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the solutions provided to Clients. The Business Analyst will be the functional expert on the Digital and Mobile solutions that DSG offer to its Clients. The Business Analyst will advise the cross functional team and the clients around strategies and best practices in the Digital and Mobile solutions. The Business Analyst will be part of the consistent communication between Project Office, the Development team and Commercial (Account Executives and Creative Department) on the requirements for projects and opportunities. To ensure the effective and efficient management of client relationships during the projects and adherence to processes laid out by the project office. 

MAIN FUNCTIONS

* BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Management of all projects assigned to the Business Analyst with respect to documentation of requirements, workflow, business processes and QA artefacts. 

* BUSINESS PROCESS REPORTING
Management of reporting activities to provide feedback to the management team on the KPIs of solutions that have been rendered. 

* QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TESTING
The delivery of Quality Assurance and Testing artefacts in order to ensure that the Client’s requirements are delivered upon at the highest possible level and that the reporting is successfully mapped to the requirements. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Digital and Mobile technologies, convergence and the requirements of South African organizations in terms of their Digital Strategies. (MUST have experience in Digital and Telco) 
• 2-5 years exp in business analysis, Most of which in Telco 
• Mobile/Web development a must
