Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree preferably in Finance (Computer Science or Management Information Systems will be considered as options)
• 5 years working experience, at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Diploma in Business Analysis
• ITIL Certified
• Experience Asset Management industry
• Experience with implementing integrated end-to-end systems and process improvement

Duties:
• Establish and maintain Business Analysis Centre of Excellence
• Understand and improve PIC’s asset management processes
• Workshop and document current processes and design of the future state business processes
• Assess, analyse and implement business process improvements through assessment of existing processes and controls and recommend future, leveraging on technology
• Be actively involved in end-to-end technology implementation projects for business improvements and ensure customer satisfaction on delivered solutions from business requirements to quality assurance.
• Contribute to system design workshops and contribute on the impact on technology landscape and business processes
• Compile business requirements, functional requirements to test scripts and verify adequacy of tests performed
• Compile business processes and procedures
• Contribute to business decisions through knowledge of business processes and market forces and analyzing data in the business
• Knowledge of and experience in applying formal business process modeling and business analysis methodologies
• Continuously develop own skills and competencies
