IT Communications Sales - Cape Town

Job Specification
We are looking for Sales Person to join our fast-moving team. They will work alongside our technical team and partners and will be involved in sales, marketing and customer relationship management. They must be able to work in a team or alone.
We need someone who is intelligent, hard-working, highly presentable, well-spoken, hugely ambitious, committed and looking for a career rather than a step along the way. Our company is fast paced, leading edge and we only want the best. We reward performance and results.

Position:    Sales Person 
Location:    Western Cape
Package:    R25k to R30 /month. Commission is 10% in addition to basic.
Including: Petrol Allowance, Cell Allowance 

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Dip/Deg in Commerce or Marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years selling experience is required within the ICT field with preference to VoIP, PBX and communications solutions.

Experience:
  1. Experience in sales with the likes of Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, Mitel, Microsoft Lync,  etc
  2. Track record of Successful sales
  3. Competitive selling experience
  4. Experience in winning deals
  5. Can create  a sales strategy for their partners/customers
  6. Have a basic understand about the Microsoft world like Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, etc
  7. Good Presentation skills
  8. Can independently create and manage sales pipeline
  9. Can sell value and business solutions
  10. Cement Customer Loyalty
  11. Display customer Value
  12. Understand Short term vs Long-Term sales

  1. Complete initial Sales product training as required
  2. Take over and own existing Accounts they will be given
  3. Find and establish new relationships with Clients, Suppliers and Partners

  5. Meet predefined goals and targets as well as increase those targets as performance improves
  6. Fuel the overall growth of the company
