IT & Gaming Technician

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Must have an Electronics qualification

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 2 – 5 Years’ experience in the same role
Must have experience in the Gaming / Casino industry as well as IT
Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be well spoken and able to communicate in English
Own Transport & be willing to travel to branches

Responsibilities:
Maintenance and reparations on slot machines and their components I.E. bill validators, condors, hoppers and reels
Continued maintenance and repairs to on-line system
Maintenance electronic and mechanical fault finding & repairs to component level
Carry out repairs and maintenance to cashiering equipment i.e. time date stamps & UV lights
To carry out slot machine upgrading and game changes
Dissemble and assemble technical equipment
Gaming board testing
Loading software and system programming
Installing new machines
Attending to technical machines disputes
Adherence to policies and procedures in accordance to the company and gaming board

Additional information:
Must be willing to work shifts and in a smoking area
Must be willing to travel to various branches when necessary
