Requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
A+ N+
MCITP and MCSE qualification (advantageous)
Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities:
Providing Helpdesk Support to employees
Assist in projects
Travel to various branches
Maintain PC notebooks and printer hardware using remote application utilities
Asset control on issued equipment / update asset database
Support, load and maintain operating systems, application ware and software
