Qualification

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science
• VMWare Certification

Experience 

• 5 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Linux Experience
• Basic CCNA (Switching and Routing Skills)
• Experience with VMWare, Storage, Networking and Hardware components
• Knowledge of CentOS 7, Ubuntu and Debian
• Experience Configuring and tuning HBA’s to work with storage Environments on Linux, Windows and ESX hosts

• Experience with design concepts, managing, and configuring Brocade and Cisco FC switches used for SAN.
• Installation of SAN and VPN
• Configuring of Linux Firewall
• Hands-on Experience with Fibre Switches
• Experience designing and implementing Backup Policies
• Knowledge or training on VMware, vSphere 6.x. and ESX 6.0+ deployment, configuration and maintenance

Skills

• Ability to plan, Install, configure and Upgrade support for vCenter Server
• Network Security Skills
