Our client Franschhoek area seeks to employ an IT Manager with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.

Qualification and Experience:

Grade 12 and Tertiary Diploma / Degree

Microsoft MCSE ( MCSA)

A+ and Network +Certifications

ITIL and VMWARE certifications beneficial

3 – 5 years experience  in IT Support Roles , Manager / Supervisor experience

Understand networking and working on budget

Duties will include:

Project and infrastructure management

Supervise and coordinate IT  Technical Support Staff

Ensure documentation is maintained and change control procedures are followed

Dealing with vendors and third party contractors

Provide 2^nd line support to IT Desktop staff

Managing IT assets

Administer all servers on site (VMWARE Sphere, Microsoft Environment and Ubuntu)

Starting date: April 2017

Salary: R35 000 -R40 000
