National Debt Advisors, a Leader in the industry with more than 200 employees, seeks to employ the services of an experienced and qualified I.T Manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in computer science/information technology or related field
- +5 years’ experience in information technology management
- A comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology

Duties include but not limited to:

- Development and management of Technical Administrators
- Ensuring that the team is constantly updated with the changes made to business rules, policies and procedures, systems , industry regulations and changes
- Effective management of all hardware, software and security
- Generating efficient and effective reporting both internally and externally
- To ensure communication channels from staff to management are always effectively managed
- Completing all Human Resources related employee functions in order to manage the unit
- Office ‘’Up keep’’ and partial center maintenance
- Up keep of Servers and web based programs
- Oversee the creation of logins for all new starters and relocating of staff desks and PC’s
- Ensure the system removal of terminated employees
- Creativity and motivation
- Trouble shooting
- Follow the company’s business rules and be an ambassador of the business
- Manage External correspondence
- Manage Targets and performance
