Main Functions:
Potential travel: SADC territories (80% SA based/ 20% SADC markets)
Territory covered: South Africa and SADC markets (Southern Africa Developmental Countries)–12 Countries: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Madagascar, Mauritius, Swaziland, Lesotho, Malawi, Zambia, Congo.

• Become product specialist and manage the customer’s success criteria process
• Assist the sales functionality by providing technical qualification and management support across new opportunities and throughout the technical sales cycle
• Assist vendor teams to build technical write ups and own the technical response to RFI/RFP processes.

Requirements:
• Proven IT related – technical background
• Pre sales/ customer facing technical capabilities, ability to deliver technical briefings, presentations, and demonstrations, organise the delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoC’ s) in the security technology
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate technology solutions
• Passion for Cyber Security - essential
• Previous experience working with endpoint security, DLP, Data Center Security, Cloud Security, Mobile Security, Cyber Security Services – advantage.
• Ability to present to customers and articulate technical value.
• Navigate and manage technical issues within an account with ability to map technical opportunity.
• Experience in driving partner/ reseller relationships and skills training/ certifications across the solution offerings.
• Proven industry accreditations such as CISSP, CCSA, DAM/WAF knowledge – advantage.
