EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Essential: Certified Product Owner Qualification
• 2-3 years Product Owner/ Product project management experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Agile Mindset and Scrum methodologies
• IT Infrastructure, Networks and/or Telecommunications experience
• An ability to remain committed and focused despite setbacks and objections.
PREFERABLE SKILLS
• Good understanding of (open source) web development. (MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS)

• Maximize the economic return of the product/ service
• Commit to the final product & its vision
• Carry on board a full vision of product, customer feedback, market research and other stakeholders feedback.
• Manage a team and provide room for individual growth
• Be available daily for support & feedback from customer, stakeholder needs or research
• Maintain dynamic and detailed roadmaps
• Manage product release plans
• Create & maintain product backlog.
• Prioritize product backlog items
• Help Scrum Master organize sprint review meetings.
• Attend sprint planning meetings.
• Clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team
• Obtain level of requirement from stakeholders or customers & manage their expectations
• Build & maintain a relationship with the Stakeholders
