Our Client in East London is looking for an IT Project manager to work with an innovation dynamic organisation, enhancing existing systems and creating new and exciting markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop the Project Plan with the team and manage the team’s performance of project tasks.
• Co-ordinate and chair steering committee and board meetings.
• Weekly Progress Status Reports.
• Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders.
• Ensure that the project follows the appropriate project life cycle.
• Make follow-ups with the team regarding the progress/status.
• Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.
• Manage/ control internal project resources and vendor resources.
• Manage/ control project budget.
• Manage business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management
• Customer expectations management

Qualifications
IT Related Diploma or Degree
PMBOK or PRINCE 2 Certification

Experience
At least 4 years IT project management experience
