Job Description:

Establish a Project Management Office:
- Establish best practice project management discipline, including policies, procedures and templates
- Identify PMO resource requirements, people and systems, and procure based on approved business case
Project Delivery:
- Assist the project sponsor to define project goals, business value and establish the overall success criteria for projects
- Identify stakeholders, gather input and prepare detailed project plan – including time, cost, critical milestones
- Ensure that business objectives are met and that deliverables are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards
- Ensure the alignment of projects with the company’s overall business goals
- Identifying and implement tools and systems to proactively maintain project governance in accordance with an agreed project execution plan
- Coordinating, controlling and directing the activities of all staff and project team members to ensure the project success criteria are met
- Respond promptly and efficiently to business needs, changes and requests within the context of the project

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree in Information Science, Project Management, or a related field
* Certificate in Project Management advantageous
* 8 years’ experience of which 5 years within a project management role
* Coaching and leadership facilitation skills
