The Banking Channel Risk Assurance Division of a Financial leader seeks an IT Risk Specialist to manage IT risk within the business by identifying and understanding the main IT risk around all business activities;

Other responsibilities:
• Monitor and report the level of IT risk against approved risk appetite and tolerances in support of Group IT Risk Management
• To escalate relevant risks and remediation plans to relevant stakeholders and committees including IT Risk Management
• To support the CIO community and business in achieving the business and IT strategies, through implementation of acceptable governance, risk and compliance activities and/or controls

Qualifications:
• Minimum requirement of a suitable four year Information Technology or IT Risk Management degree
• Minimum 5 years banking experience with relevant IT risk, auditing, governance and compliance experience
