Within our fast-growing company, we are looking to extend our sales and technical department with an IT Sales consultant/IT Hardware Technician. Your job will consist of selling our laptop components to our increasing customer base by phone, e-mail and other electronic communication and assist with repairs on laptop.
This is a job for early birds (from 05:00 till 07:00 (or 06:00 till 08:00) and Sundays). This is an ideal if you currently studying IT and would like to gain experience in IT.
Duties
• Answering customer queries by phone, e-mail and other electronic communication
• Various administrative task
• Assist clients coming to our offices with sales and/or technical queries
• Repair IT equipment on the spot

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• A high interest in IT
• Ability to work independently

• Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Be adaptable and have the willingness and ability to learn and apply new skills
