? Degree in Technical or Sales field
? Relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous
Experience
? Deep subject matter and product expertise within a relevant technology
? At least 3 – 5 years’ sales experience working in a large IT company of which 1 – 2 years’ ideally at a junior specialist level
? At least 1 years’ experience in Sales and 2 year’s within a services and solutions environment
? Thorough experience in specialist (focus area) products and understanding of industry best practices
? Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of relevant vendors
? Proven sales and client engagement experience
? Demonstrated business development experience with requisite understanding of relevant markets and market penetration strategies
